By accessing or using Moonladle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of recipes, comments, and other content you create. By publishing content, you grant Moonladle a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service. If you delete your account, published recipes and comments will remain on the platform attributed to "Anonymous". You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting spam, misleading, or harmful content.
• Harassing other users through comments or reports.
• Attempting to access admin features without authorization.
• Uploading malicious files or exploiting vulnerabilities.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data (email, name, preferences) is permanently removed, but published content (recipes, comments) will remain on the platform as anonymous contributions. If you create a new account after deletion, previously published content will not be linked to your new account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moonladle is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including inaccurate recipe information or food safety issues.
